Reiki
Reiki is an energetic system originating from Japan, oriented to channeling and allowing healing to spontaneously go where it is most needed, whereas qigong and some other modalities are more directed and focused. Reiki can also includes remote healing channeling and symbols. Alan has completed Third Degree, that is of a Reiki master.
