Breathwork

Breathwork sessions usually involve deep continuous breathing to facilitate fundamental psychological shifts. Cathartic emotional release and deep transformation can occur, as well as states of meditative peace, and result in profound insights. This often works much more quickly than ordinary talk therapy and it is excellent as an adjunct to other therapies.
